Account expired

Hello,

I just formated my computer and went to the stardock web page to get my stardock download manager back up and running. Noticed Impulse was out so I decided id give it a try (didnt have much of a choice anyways hehe).

Anyways, Install ok, login ok. Time to download my games back onto my hd. I have Gal Civ 2 and both expansions, also have Sins of a Solar Empire linked to my account.

 

I can download Sins, and apparently both expansions. However, when I try to download GalCiv 2 I get an Account expired message.

My question is simple. What does this mean? and more importantly, how can I get the game I paid for reinstalled on my computer?

Anyone ever experience this? GalCiv2 was store bought, thats how I ran across Stardock Central. My other games are digital downloads I purchased using the Stardock download manager. I figured it might be because of that, but still i'm not quite sure what to make of this.

I when I reinstalled GC2 a few days ago due to messing it up from modding I a few problams installing it and spend about 6 hours on it (why dose it have to be +1gb in size) and one of them that did not actually seem to affect anything is that once GC2 DL installed a .txt file came up saying it could not activate because its regestered to another e-mail (maybe because I changed my e-mail when i started playing againg this year) but that did not actually stop me playing the game
