Things Are Becoming Crazy...

My life is hecktic!

Well, I have had a fairly busy high school year up until now… it has gotten about 3 times busier.

I am trying to get involved more in my school. I have been in band since last year, and that has been one of my biggest priorities since then. It is one of the most fun things I have ever done. I love everyone in the band; they are all like my family. We have a blast and I wouldn’t quit it for nothing, even if we do get made fun of. : D And all of my Fridays are occupied until December…. Then on to Pep Band! : D

I also have been busy with soccer. Soccer was the majority of my time until last Thursday. I have spent 3 hours a day, every day since school started with the girls. And periodically during the summer too! These girls are indescribable… I love all of them. I don’t know what I would do without them. Dusty is like my second dad, and Jess… well, he’s like my second mom. : D I really don’t know what I am going to do, I am going to miss Jess’s coaching, so I think I am going to do indoor soccer this winter.

I am involved with the Foreign Language Club and the Science Club and have been since last year. I am planning on contributing and participating more in both this year. On November 12 we are going to COSI for Science Club, and Language has a meeting this Thursday, so I will find out what they are doing now. : D

I signed up for art club… but I haven’t heard about any meetings… has anyone else heard anything?

I am also planning on auditioning for the play. I found out that it is NOT a musical this year, so I am extremely relieved. : D

I have started up karate again and I am SORE. I have been doing it for a little over a year now and have had my blue belt FOREVER! My mom and my 9 year old brother are both green belts (The order is white-orange-yellow-purple-blue-green-brown-black). I will be doing karate on Mondays and Wednesdays until soccer starts again. Yippee! I have made a lot of friends in there and I hope I will make more.

I have also going to start Irish Step Dancing tomorrow. I have been in dance since I was two years old… and found that my talents were NOT in ballet. : D) In the “tap” area, I have tapped for 2 years, clogged for 2 (western tap dance… sorta… thing : D) and have Step danced for my third year now. This year’s routine is going to be tough… I can feel it… : D

I am anticipating on also joining Academic Challenge with Jennifer. It sounds like fun, and would look good on a college resume. : P

I teach Sunday School at my church. I love those kids, but they are crazy. : P

I might consider doing track in the spring, but I haven’t decided…. I am really iffy.

Those are just the things off the top of my head… I know that I will think of more later,

Geezzzz. You are in a lot of things. I have trouble being in in two things Band and FFA but you must be on the go all the time. I would think it would get streeful at times..

That's cool... take out dance and karate, through in some Bands and that's about what I got. Oh, and take out the clubs and make it Gaming club and probably Drama club. I'm thinking of seeing if we can get a school radio station going. I think it would be really cool, even if I can't be a part of it.

Take out karate, soccer, and dance, insert being youth group president, student government and student council, and Boy Scouts and Venture Scouts, and that's my basic schedule.

Brandon wants to start a school radio station? That'd be awesome! SIgn me up for trying to help out!

Chalk me up for Foreign Language club, basketball, and a hellacious junior year. The one year I decide to try to get more involved and get into more stuff I have the hardest load of work.

Take out karate, dance, art club, and academic challenge, and track. Now insert, being the most active person in my youth group, softball, ffa, 4-h(even though it's over), vice president of fccla. I think that's pretty much all. There's probably more, but i just can't think of it right now.

Brandon, you're actually going to be in drama this year? lol. Yeah the whole radio station idea is totaly awesome! I'm with Alex, sign me up!

I'm kinda glad that this years play isn't a musical. Although I did enjoy last years musical, because I love to sing, I think a regular play would be better. I'm glad you're trying out Sam! That's awesome! It's so much fun, you'll love it!

Hmm....I've got Band, Foreign Language club, and.....well school.....I'm a slacker. I can't believe you're doing all that stuff, Sam....I don't think I have the balls to commit to so many things... As for the radio station...that would be pretty cool...I have an awesome radio voice, but the FCC would probably get pissed at me....I'm not the most clean-mouthed person you'll meet....as you've seen
