ok when i donwload the trial version and i try to apply a theme everything changes except icons and wallpapers? when i figure this out i will buy the retail version someone plz help.
Okay, not all WindowBlinds come with the Wallpaper, even if they show one in thier thumbnail. WindowBlinds doesn't change Icons for that you need Icon Packager.

Most skins don't include wallpapers and you'll need IconPackager to change all teh icons. WB only changes the Explorer toolbar icons.
you may want to consider MyColors instead. It's more in line with your expectations. https://www.stardock.com/products/mycolors/
