Vasari Phase Gates?

I built a few, but i cannot find out how to use them, can someone help me with this?

Cataclysm's Easy Guide to Phase Gates

1) Build Phase Gate on planet X and Y.

2) Tell fleet on planet X to go to planey Y

3) Success! All there is to it. You dont need to do anything special.

Yeah, like Cataclysm says you don't need to do anything special to use them. They create invisible phase lanes between planets with gates, so when you give your ships movement orders they'll automatically use these instead of the conventional lanes.
