[Visual Interface] Enemy AI stats visible through FoW

If you hold your cursor over the position of an enemy demigod when they are covered by the Fog of War, their stats (health, mana, etc...) still show up. This is usually easiest to demonstrate when they're capturing a flag, or have just run away.

Yeah, looks like this new version didn't catch that yet.

But this time, it's a little more pronounced, thanks to Reg's new Snipe range. Already picked off two retreating Demigods who were trying to get back to their home base to heal.
