[Feedback] Left Click / Right Click

Right click for everything in the game, from killing enemies to interacting with shops to picking up potions and scrolls

But you can only leftclick to buy items in shops.

Doesn't work well, doesn't flow. Confusing for no real reason.

Suggest left click be used for all "soft" targeting, including highlighting items to see more detail, soft targeting enemies, soft targeting shops to allow use of abilities withouth moving to or auto-attacking.

Right click for all interaction, including buying items,

Agreed it feels really off when you play. You find yourself clicking wrongly.

Agreed as well.  Left click for all shop actions except resell would be ideal.  Maybe add a double-left click to sell items.

I think left click for targetting things to get more information, and to target your skills, and then right click for everything else is a good setup.

You should be able to reverse the buttons though, setting your own would be ideal.

I would set it so it would be the inverse of the way it works normally, but I'd keep it the same for shopping, so left click moves and attacks, right click targets and uses skills, but in a shop left click still purchases.

Yeah Iposted this long ago in my ui suggestions thread.

Right click on buildings should use them just like right clicking on units to attack.

Left click should be selecting things which shows them targeted and you can press space to attack/use what's selected..

Right now left click does nothing.  It doesn't make much sense.

I strongly disagree.  What strategy game have you played in the last 15 years that operates that way?  AoE, WC, SC, SupCom, BFME, all of these games employ a "right click is for move and attack orders" and "left click is for selection of units, buildings, enemies, etc" structure.  Right clicking on buildings is equal to saying "I want to attack this building," because when you right click with your assassin selected you are usually making an attack or move order, never a selection order.  A right click selection method is just counterintuitive to anyone not learning to play strategy games.

Right click is for interacting, if it's an enemy it's move to and attack, if it's a building it's move to and shop, if it's an allied unit it's move to and follow / assist... that's how it's always been in RTS.

Yes, right click to attack enemy units and to interact with friendly units is fine, since the player cannot attack friendlies, and there is no useful way to interact with enemies beyond fighting them.
