Start Menu Animation Builder

I have been working along time on my start menu now that I have it semidone, I figured that I would try putting it into SkinStudio. Well, I don't know which way I shoudl do it (Ive already sliced it up) but I don't know If I have to use the animation builder or just with putting the slices in place. Honestly I can't figure out what the Ani Builder is used for. Ive looked at alot of the tutorials, but nothing Ive found goes indepth enought. Any help..please

My suggestion is to download a random start menu that you have seen that resembles what you have done loosely. From there open it up in Skin Studio and start hacking it apart. You'll quickly see the puzzle pieces fit.
