Problems with applications
About half of the applications on my objectdock crash immediately or shortly after opening them, and only do this if launched from the objectdock. Anyone know what this might be?
Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

Can you provide more information?
Please contact [email protected] with the information used to purchase your copy of OD+. They will be able to assist you.
Skinny,
I checked your account and it does not show OD+ listed, could you have used a different e-mail address for your purchase? Maybe you used PayPal?
Send us an e-mail at [email protected], as Hankers suggested. Include your OD+ serial number.
Wait you need an account for plus? Oh I guess this isn't plus then..
I thought they just upgraded the free version and called it plus or something.
Two versions, one is free and called ObjectDock, the other is a paid for version called ObjectDock Plus.

Yeah it's the free version.
You shouldn't be having these problems with the free version though.
What is the build #? It's at the bottom of the about window.
1.9
That is version . . not build.
536...my bad
Can you do a screenshot and post it here? - Click on Configure ObjectDock icon and then on Docklets in the left panel and post that screenshot.
Version 1.90-Build 534 is the free version I have used since Dec,07 and it has never crashed, not once during daily use by a total computer dummy. Is mine configured wrong,or should I blame Vista? ![]()

I don't see any docklets that would cause issues. If you haven't done so already, please email [email protected] and start a trouble ticket. They will be able to assist you.
Will do.

This shouldn't be happening with either the 'free' version or the 'Plus' version. Support will be able to determine what is conflicting and causing the issues.
Apparently not.
