Cant get computers to connect...

Ive been trying out the trial version of multiplicity for a few days now and
decided to upgrade to pro.

Keep in mind, the trial worked perfectly..

Anyways. I cannot get my two computers to connect

The primary is Windows XP SP3 and secondary is Vista Home Premium.

When I run troubleshoot on my primary, it says it connects fine. When I run
it on my secondary, I get winlogonDLL error. So I go into multiplicity
directory and run MPVista.exe and MultiSvr32.exe and that fixes the
WinLogonDLL error..

When I run telnet from my primary it connects, when I run it from the
secondary it does NOT connect.

Ive disabled my firewalls, still no luck. Ive tried running multisrv32.exe
through the directory, still cannot telnet from secondary to primary

I run Norton 360

Any ideas?

Thanks!!

update..... Well i have both machines being able to telnet.... both machines pass troubleshoot... both machines have complete firewall access to eachother, no ports, nothing blocked, but they still will not connect... I did have to manually add the secondary computer.. (had to do it in trial also) um what else can i say that might help..... Ive followed instructions on pretty much every thread i could find with this issue... nothing could help... I did contact support... but i know that will be not be till monday... then that will take a while... Almost sadly about to go back to crappy synergy....
