Non-Windows (Ultimate) dreams will not run

only Vista dream runs

Before upgrading my Vista Premium to Ultimate w/SP1, I was able to run the free Deskscapes version with no troubles.  Now that I have uninstalled the free version and installed the deskscapes vers 1.2 for Ultimate, I cannot activate the dreams that cames with the install or new ones from Wincustomize.  Wen trying to select one in Deskscapes or setting as background, I get message that I must upgrade from the free version.

I can however, run the one dreamscene that came with Ultimate.  Any suggestions?  should I uninstall from registry and reinstall the program.  maybe it is detecting the previous install?

Would appreciate any assistance - Thanks!

I would recommend doing that first, and make sure all the leftover folders (if any) are deleted.  If you are still having issues post again or send a support ticket to [email protected]:)

Uninstall deskscapes.
After uninstalling deskscapes, manually delete the "C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Deskscapes" directory and the "C:\Program Files\stardock\object desktop\deskscapes" directory if the uninstall process didn't delete them.
Reboot.
Install deskscapes for Ultimate vrs 1.02 https://stardock.cachefly.net/dream/StardockDeskScapes.exe
Reboot.
It should work at this point
