Dock on display 2 but separators show on display 1

Hi I have been having this problem for a while..  a week or so after buying od i went to a dual monitor display. I sent in a bug report but it still hasn't been fixed...

I have my monitors stacked the secondary monitor is on top of my primary. When the dock is on the secondary monitor a the separartors show up on the primary monitor.. so I end up with floating separators...

I am using Vista 64bit(currenty) hd4850(with latest drivers)
I had this problem with winxp 32bit and vista 32bit


Heres is a screenshot of the problem.

as you can see the separators are floating in the middle of my primary screen

is there a workaround for this other then using docks without separators  and/or removing the separators?
Also does anyone know if and when this problem will be fixed??
I really haven't used OD because of this issue.
