substyle question

I'm working on a blind and have decided to include substyles. Do I really have to go through each substyle to attach the proper graphic and change painting margins for each substyle. I looks like if the format is the same and the name doesn't change then all I need to change are the painting margins, but converting bmp to png appears to require importing the graphic for each substyle?

is there an easier way to address graphics that are common to all substyles???

The easiest way to create sub-styles is to completely finish your main skin first!

When it is finished then create a sub-style and it will be identical to the main skin with painting margins in place.

Now change or edit which ever images you need to ,that way you don't have to re-import images or setup margins

except where you made changes!

If I can help let me know
