Frustrated...

Website will not allow product registration!!!

I have been trying to work with these trial copies of your software for over a week battling the webiste and Impulse shopping cart.  I cannot place an order to enable all of the functionality.  Can someone please tell me how to resolve this today?  Is there a 800 number or something I can call? 

I am running IE7 on XP SP3 and trying to purchase Object Desktop Ultimate along with a few other objects.

I appreciate all your help tremendously!  :grin:

What exactly is the problem you are running into? 

Please note that the trial products need to be uninstalled first, and the full versions installed when purchased.

I cannot get past the payment screen.  It immediately goes to an IE error 404.

Unfortunately I get the exact same error either way:

 

Technical Information (for support personnel)

  • Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 404.
  • Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for topics titled Web Site Setup, Common Administrative Tasks, and About Custom Error Messages.

Hi edmisca,  Since Saturday morning there have been postings regarding problems with some Stardock servers.  I'm thinking that's what is happening here as well.  If you can wait until Monday things will get fixed right then and you'll be able to complete your purchase.
