Mouse-over menu widget

Hi there.

I'm new to this forum so sorry if i posted in the wrong place.

I was looking for a widget/object that would add the possibility of creating a folder/icon in the desktop that, whenever i'd place the mouse over it the files present in that folder would appear around the folder icon so i would just need to choose the one i want to click on it. Example: i have a folder in my desktop in which there are shortcuts for my games. When i placed the mouse over it, or clicked it, the game shortcuts would appear around the folder, like a circular cluster.

Is there any widget/object made like this?
