For what its worth, since we have already paid to download windowblind skins i dont think that there should be additional charges for so called master skins---if those individuals want to sell their work they shoud do it in another venue such as their own website.  It isnt that I couldnt afford to pay the fee for a master skin---its just the principle involved.  When i first bought my membership there wasnt any such thing.  I realize this probably isnt going to change your practice with respect to these master skins but I did want to voice my opinion.
