I can't uninstall WindowBlinds because if I run the uninstaller is says "Could not open INSTALL.LOG file." Here is the log file:
OK, edit your post and cut out the log file and save it as a text file and upload it somewhere and link to it.
You made me scroll down too much 
I had to edit the log out of that post, it was making the page hard to read.
Try using the ODNT Zapper to uninstall.

If that doesn't work, put the error file into a text file, and post that.
