Strange sound issue

Hey everyone. I just bought the game yesterday and I am really impressed. I had no technical issues except one minor annoying one that I haven't yet seen mentioned on the boards. Every time I start up a new game, there is sound but no dialogue. Luckily, all I have to do is go into the "sound" menu and then back out to activate the dialogue. Other than that I'm a fan!

If you got a retail copy, have you updated the game?

I got a direct download copy, so it's already updated to v1.05.

check your sound card, it might need a driver update, most likely it is up to date, but better safe than sorry
