Three Days and Still Waiting...........

I ordered Demigod and the new Entrenchment from Impulse on Sept 8 using the Survey coupon and everything seemed great.

Received a confirmation for Stardock sales saying my order was being processed, and then nothing.........

I replied back to Stardock sales asking for an update it and they created some sort of ticket.  Since then I have been waiting, 3 business days so far.

I don't know it they took my money from my MC yet, or if the delay will keep me out of the Demigod beta. (Nothing on my impulse profie.)

It was a big step for me to put my Credit card information on the web and order something that didn't put a physical box in my hand.

This may be an ignorant question, but have either of these products actually been released yet?

Demigod has been released in Beta form for people who have pre-bought the software.

Even if I just had an Icon in impulse right now showing I had bought something, that would be something.

It turns out there is a problem with Impulse, where if you order two pieces of software and one is not the same status, they will hold the whole order.

Here is from the message they sent me.   "One of the items in your order is not yet available so it is a preorder. Your entire order will not be charged until that item is released, and you will receive registration information for everything via email at that time.

Your card has not yet been charged, however, you may see a pre-authorization to verify that the funds are available.

If you wish, I can cancel your entire order so that you can place separate orders for the currently available item(s) and the preorder item(s).

Please let me know how you would like to proceed."

To me it really seems to be a technical issue, Impulse should be able to take my money, show me some kind of proof of purchase, and then let me know when the releases are available.  I'm sure it is happening to several other purchasers.

By the way Zubaz, if you were instrumental in getting me the reply you have my thanks. It wasn't the answer I was looking for but it helps.
