Serial Number

won't accept my number

I cannot get my serial number to be accepted. I am new to the stardock site but have had Galactic Civilaization II and Dark Avatar for a year or more.  I came on site to see if there are any expansions beyond Dark Avatar. After signing up and all the stuff one must do to get started. Well here I am without an expansion and wondering why my serial number from the 2 disk jewal box is not a correct serial number!?? I have the box it all came in, GCII Dread Lords, not Dark Avatar, and it looks like a commercial box.

It sounds like you have input the wrong serial number.  Dark Avatar and Dread Lords will each have there own unique serial number.  If you are registered with stardock.net then Stardock will email you your info so long as it is to your registered email.

Are you using Stardock Central or Impulse?  If you are using impulse once you've activated your stardock.net account with Impulse all your registartions will automatically be updated.  You can also use Impulse to find available updates and expansions for GCII such as Twilight of the Arnor(it's very good).  You can find Impulse here. http://www.impulsedriven.com/
