Custom Map Auto Defeat

OMG WTF am I doing wrong lol

So here is what I did.  I made a random map with about 500-800 planets and at least 1 pirate base on in each system.  each system supports 1 player and varies in size.  There are 30 stars etc. etc. I saved it and ran it.  Worked fine.  I opened it in galaxy forge(I have 1.05)  I edited one thing(starting currency for all factions)  saved it and then tried running the map.

YOU HAVE BEEN DEFEATED pops up on open and I cannot see any of the planets if I click continue.

set the home planets, and change the version number to 2.0, afaik.

Make sure you are setting the start points, but for 1.05, the version number should be 1.

I think it's because I am editing an allready randomized map?  I noticed I can change the things I want to change much easier in the text file.

I've struck this issue with a new map I've created with GalaxyForge 1.05

Kitkun makes reference to 'start points', what are these and where do they get set?
