Windowsblinds instalation issues

Hi, ive searched all over these forums and found several people with the same problem but not yet found a solution.

The issue is that ive installed windowsblinds and when i restart it doesnt apply the skin and when i try to start the program it tells me that i need to restart my PC, re-install or use some additional service to get it to work.

Ive done several fresh isntalls and i still get the same issue, ive disabled every protection i have (spybot and adaware) but it still doesnt take.

THe strange thing is that i also have a laptop with exactly the same programs installed and it works perfect.

The only way i can actually get windows blinds to work is by going into the folder and double clicking "WBInstall32.exe" then starting windows blinds.

Ive heard people saying things about services not working like vistasrv.exe but i dont have any service related to windowsblinds running at all, and my laptop has no such service either but it works fine.

Can anyone help?
