Complete Noob question. Just bought game

from GalCiv2 Forums

So i played the demo of Gal Civ 2.  Loved it.  Had no issues.  I purchased the ultimate bundle with the expansions, and started a little 1v1 scenario.  My issue is, all of my available projects on any planet show a build time of NEVER.  I have bought factories, adjusted sliders for what im concentrating resources in, but i cant get this to change.  What am i missing?  Thanks!

Ok so it seems anytime i mess with the military/social/research sliders this is happening to me.  What am i doing wrong that makes my build times go to never from this?  I am absolutely clueless.

My guess is that you've been accidentally moving the military slider down to nothing. If not that, I'm lost.

In DL and maybe early DA, there was an update issue with the planetary build queue. The first structure would come up with a "never" build time, but would update for the next turn. Adding a second structure to the queue generally clears this up as well.
