Update error

I'm not sure if this is Impulse's fault or the game's fault. When I update the game, Impulse shows it as 1.05.028, but when I actually start the game, the numbers in the bottom right hand corner say v1.00. So from there, I went to the actual program directory in Program Files, and Windows says the file version is 1.0.0.1. I probably wouldn't have noticed anything wrong, but I couldn't get the 7 Deadly Sins mod to work, and investigated from there.

I've tried everything short of reinstalling windows, the most recent attempt being uninstalling the game, running CCleaner to erase all the registry keys, reinstalling, and reupdating. I'm nearly at wit's end here, can anyone help me?

Try doing a Google search for the 1.05 patch.

Thank you! I knew it would probably be something ridiculously simple. I just didn't know you could get the patch manually, I thought it was only available through Impulse.

All patches after 1.05 are available only through Impulse, though.

Make sure nothing like a firewall blocks it. Or something.
