[BUG] Ring of Fire not working as intended? Multiple stacking

When you use ring of fire it does about 10x the damage it says.

650 over 15 seconds should be 43 DPS.

Instead it's doing AT LEAST 300 DPS.

Either there is a typo, or what I think is happening, each part of the ring is it's own damaging thing and they are overlapping each other?

Either way it's doing way too much damage.

Ring sometimes doesn't show up for me.  Is it interruptable by standard attacks?

And this probably explains why I was confused when twice I dropped Rook in mere seconds.

Although I don't mind the Ring being high dmg if it's interruptable by standard attacks, that could be cool.

Don't really like the spell based on its written stats.  Not the most useful skill if they were true.

1v1 being able to freeze someone so easy and then ring of fire on them, isn't very challenging.  In a proper 5v5 team game it would be harder to pull off.

What? Someone actually figured out why the rook isn't rigged and that its more a rock paper scissor game at the moment if play right?

Ring of fire does do more than intended, but is going to be changed in the next update anyway.

This change is going to make it similar to fire rain. It'll do AoE at range, and fire rain is going away to make room for a toggle back to ice mode. Forget where that came out, I think it's in this forum. The reason for this current bug is that the 'ring' is made from 12 or so individual damage causing entities. If you are over more than one of them, it does more damage.

Should make it like a fire prison.. but people can move out from it, just take tons of damage if they do so. xD  That's what comes to mind with "Circle of fire" that targets enemies.

Then if somene does try to move, and they step over the fire, BAM.. an ally TB freezes them on the fire and they die fast. :3

It'll be changed in the next update, with it being changed into a ranged AoE attack that does DoT every so many ticks and its just the single damaging entity (not the 32 segment one it is now XD ).

That would be absolutely excellent synergy. I love that idea.
