Every month our group of moderators pitch in and give their picks of a skin or theme that stood out to them. There was a lot of superb skins in August, and everyone seemed to have a difficult time narrowing it down to just one.
| WOM picked Water Falling on Rocks, which is a Vista logon by Outdoor Pictures. ”Another very scenic logon vista. Really does this spot justice, as I've been there.” |

| HG_Eliminator went with Mek-Attack CursorFX theme by theAVMAN. ”Is it a pizza cutting machine? or possibly an alien food processor?? beats me. But it sure looks cool on my desktop. A fun addition to anyones CursorXP collection.” |

| Snowman goes for the KapsulOS WinAmp skin by PixelPirate. ”This skin is one of the best I've seen submitted to the WinAmp library for a very long time. I'm not featuring this because PixelPirate is a personal friend of mine (and an allround good guy), but because this IS a damn fine skin!” |

| Zubaz likes the SD On Screen Display widget from Vad_M. ”While there were lots of great skins to choose from this month, I'm a sucker for tools. This widget does what it says it will do in a very unobtrusive way. This, along with Littleboy's updated Volume control (  Link) handles all of my sound control needs. I can't wait to see these incorporated into other DX themes.” |
