I am considering purchasing Sins of a Solar Empire. I have a laptop PC and a desktop PC, and would like to install the full version on both computers if possible, since one is for travel.
Does anyone know if the licensing model will allow me to install it on both computers without a problem?
Yes, the EULA allows for 2 installs on PCs you own, so you're good to go 
There's no technical limitation for doing so, either.

By the way, you can also LAN the two PCs for a game if you like, or want to convert someone else But of course, can't be online at the same time on both, the key needs to be unique for that.
Hi!
Is it allowed to have two betas at the same time, too? I have on my main comuter the beta succesfully installed and on the other there is no beta shown after i installed via impulse. I got my beta on my main computer but on my second it does not show up as an 'upgrade'... maybe I am missing something?

You probably didn't check "Show pre-release versions" in the blue orb menu on your second PC But yes, it's allowed.
