cursor xp crach

hello every 1

my friend ask me to look in to this for him, his got cursor xp any way i went round his house to see what he needed help with and this is what happends.

you install cursor xp and then crash, you can not do anything, allit keeps saying is run dll as app and the only was we managed to stop his is by booting up in safe mode, and geting rid of it...

when it install is goes to the mouse opshions then boom ..

i belive its his mouse and he dont want to buy a new mouse, because this 1 costed him £115, the mouse his useing is a ms wireless laser mouse 8000 & ms wireless entertainmeny keyboard 7000.

is the a .DLL file i could to stop this crash, or any thing??, im only gessing dll because, it opens tons of .DLL file's

if any 1 could inlighten me on how i can fix this for him, i will be very greatfull
