One Solar Sysytem to Another??

Have a question on how to jump from one solar system to the other? I am using TEC and all my research is done on the tree both of them, but he is able to jump and attack me but i cant get to him? How the Heck do I get to his butt?

u can only jump from sun to sun to get to another solar system, and offcourse the wormhole's wich are useless in your case.
