[Bug report] "Add registration" button missing

I wasn't sure where to submit this bug report, but other people seem to be posting them here, so I thought I'd do the same.
Basically, the title says it all. In the "Registrations" window in Impulse, it says, "To add a new registration, click the "Add Registration" button in the lower right." I looked, and the button's not there.
I realize that this probably isn't usually a problem, but it did turn out to be one due to my situation. I bought a copy of the Galactic Civilizations II bundle for a friend, and without thinking (it was after 3 in the morning), I bought it through the online store via my web browser and paid for it using the same email address as I used to buy my own copy. So, he needed to add the registration numbers manually to play the game, hence the problem. I figured out a way around it ("buy" the free copy of LogonStudio Vista so I could get the right-click menu), but I thought I should still report the bug.
