WinCustomize Personal Sites: What's Yours?

In case you don't know, every registered member of WinCustomize gets their own personal site, with their own url.  Your personal site displays some basic info about yourself, images of yourself and your desktop, your gallery on WinCustomize, and you can add your own links for display.

For an example, check out my site:  islanddog.wincustomize.com

You can also see my site has a guestbook where people can leave message, and you can see a list of my current articles and a preview of some of the skins I have in my gallery.  Personal site are a great way to promote yourself.  You can put your site url as your forum signature in other forums, put them on your blog or social network page.  You can get a lot of exposure this way outside of WinCustomize, and it's an easy way to show off your work to others.

I wrote an article a while back detailing how exactly to setup your personal site if you haven't done so already.  I'd also like to give you the opportunity to list your WinCustomize site here so others can take a look at it.  While we are at it, what types of things would you like to see added to the personal sites?

Mine is Cap'n starkers cabin but I can't get into it or post the URL at present... all I get is the edit details page and nothing I do changes it to my PP. :SNIFF!:

Thanks for that, Bebi... haven't been able to access it via the link at top right, so I've bookmarked the link you provided and will use it until things are fixed/repaired. :)

Wonder if it might be a cookie thing... will have dinner first and come back to that. ;)

Have that problem occasionally too. Usually a quick log off and back on fixes it.

Nah, doesn't help... still the edit page showing after re-logging back in.. Also clearing my cookies didn't help, either. Oh well, it's no biggie... I have the link thanks to Bebi, and that will do me fine until it gets resolved. :)

Pop on by and sign my guestbook.  I do my best to reply to everyone.  (I sure wish I could get an alert when someone signed.  Andrew_?)

A lot of the time in the forums and on the gallery I will click on a member's name and check out their profile and from there go to their WC page.  I use the same method to send emails and personal messages.  Quite a powerful system that.

Ok on that note - There used to be a tab or link for this some place??? But I always kept a spare in my favorites; just so I could find people and places of great interest.

Well it seems my PP woes have been resolved... this morning I logged out again, ran Ccleaner and voila, my PP is showing correctly again. :)

1) I'd like the " remove comment " feature to work again...that feature hasn't been working since last year...my page takes so long to load because of old comments that were questions asked and answered.
Also...a way to change your WC URL if you decide to change your user name. I know where to change user name but you still have the old URL.
