   If you own a car not a truck, a van, an SUV, or a  horse and buggy....just a car with a trunk, what is in the trunk now?  ;)
    
      I have scrap lumber pieces in mine, a box, a cloth and freezer bag to take in when I shop, jumper cables..mm... and I think that is all!!

Well, I own a truck but drive a company car and it has computer parts, network cables, switches, etc in the trunk.

Oh, and buried underneath all that is a spare tire ;)

Hey TBC, my SUV has a in floor storage compartment in the back, if that can qualify as a trunk, it contains the remote and wireless headphones for the rear seat DVD player.

I drive rentals and trade every three or four days. Can't remember the last time I opened a trunk on one.

Aussie cars don't have 'trunks'...so nothing...;)

On the other hand...in the BOOT are tools, jumper leads...space-saver....oil, coolant, spare belts and a first-aid kit.  The NUMBER ONE necessity [for ALL cars] is fixed just in front of the driver's seat on the floor....a fire extinguisher...;)
