How to have custom image in explorer window backgrounds?

Hello all. As the title suggests, I am trying apply an image to the background of explorer windows when I open them, such as say when I open My Documents, instead of seeing a white background behind my icons, I would like to have my custome image backthere.

In window blinds I see an area to use preset backgrounds but i cannot figure out how to use my custome images ( i tried saving my custome image as a Tga file and putting it in the same windowblinds folder as their presets but the drop down in window blinds does not update).

I have also tried to find the option in Skin studio prof, but if it is there, i am missing it.

Any help on how to do this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

I would like to know how to do this as well. I have spent an hour trying to get the explorer windows to change in Vista but it doesn't show up in maximized windows. When I apply the dragon theme it works fine but as soon as I change skins it only works on minimized windows. Please help.
