You should have recieved an email with that.  If you have impulse, it should be listed there under account/registrations.

If you haven't done so already, please contact [email protected] and start a trouble ticket. That is the preferred method to get this type of request resolved.  As this is the weekend you may have to wait until Monday for support to get to it.

I have successfully plowed through the activation emails for this weekend now. If you still have not had a response to your ticket please post your ticket ID# and I will hunt it down for you.

I opened an activation ticket on Friday ( QOX-536419 ) that has had no reply since the 16th, could you hunt that one down also?
