Help Please

Well I Didn't know really where to put this thread but here goes, I bought the game yesterday, but its a Xplosiv Version, it has a code inside for updates so I tried it, thing is is that it says its incorrect, I assumed it must be the format of the code such as you would like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX or something like that, tried it, and it didn't work, so I can't install updates, could anyone give a little help?

I have exactly the same problem. I bought the a UK version of the Xpolsiv game off play.com and it arrived yesterday. Installed, and can't get updates as the serial key is "incorrect" or invalid or sommit.

 

I've emailed the support desk but no reply (it is a weekend after all)
