Unreal gold desktop shortcut links incorrectly

I just installed unreal gold using impulse, my game install directory is "D:\Games".

It created the desktop shortcut to:

D:\Games\Unreal Gold\Unreal.exe

Where it should have been:

D:\Games\Unreal Gold\System\Unreal.exe

ok, new info. Unreal Tournament Game of the Year edition does the exact same thing. (leaves out the System\ in the link).

ok, addendum, this (broken desktop shortcut) also occurs with unreal 2: the awakening.
However, it does not occur with avencast (so apperantly it is limited to unreal titles, not something that happens with all games, but avencast does not have a second subdirectory, so maybe its a second dubdir bug, not something to do with unreal games).

It links to:
D:\Games\Unreal II\unreal2.exe
instead of:
D:\Games\Unreal II\System\unreal2.exe
