Unable to register on Impulse

I own a hard copy of Sins of a Solar Empire which I bought the day this game came out. I am unable to register it on Impulse in order to download the beta update. I have quadruple checked my input of the serial number located on the inside of the DVD case. Any help is appreciated.

If it's not accepting your SoaSE registration code, you should email [email protected]. Note that they're off on the weekends.
