Help with online mode, please.

  Hello, sorry to bother you guys, but my game won't let me get on Ironclad Online.  When I tried to create an account, it said that I had the wrong version of Ironclad Online.  I think that it might have had something to do with my CD Key.  Is the CD Key the thing that you had to type in when you install the game?  If so, do you type it in all-caps with dashes where they are on the one on the box, or without dashes but with caps, or without caps but with dashes?  I don't know, please help me, I'd like to get playing as soon as possible!

Wrong version of ICO means you need to update the game to 1.05 :)

You can get the patch on any number of sites, like Fileplanet and Filefront, as well as Stardock's Impulse. Note that the 1.1 patch (currently in public beta testing as 1.09) and further patches will only be available off Impulse, they won't be released as standalone downloads.

If you bought the boxed version, it should be on the back of the manual. (Mine says PC SINS SOLAR CODE STKR.) If you bought the download version, I think it's emailed to you.

I believe you enter them with dashes but caps don't matter.

If you got to the "wrong version" message, that means your key is fine.
