Serial number trouble

I think i need alittle help with the serial number input. I have tried several times and several ways but cant get it to work.

Questions:

- Is it PC SINS SOLAR CODE STKR ?

-Is it neccesary to put -'s?

-Do Zero's and O's look different on it?

-I have already submitted a support ticket but that didnt help much.

It is for me.
I think so.
I think that the zeros are thinner. They're all zeros on mine.
