Unable to login to Stardock Online

I am able to log into my Stardock account on this site but in-game when I put in my Screen name and password it just says "Incorrect Password" immediately. It would seem it doesn't even check my info... I read the networking FAQ and have my ports open plus exceptions for Windows Firewall so I'm not sure what else it could be. Any advice or help would be great thank you.
