paid for object desktop, reinstalled windows, can't get it

i paid for object desktop a while ago, had windowblinds and about 10 or 15 themes as well as the FX one that customizes window transitions

earlier today, i had to reinstall my OS

so i also reinstalled stardock central and would like to know where or how exactly can i get those premium versions back on my pc
