It continually says connecting, and I can't use it!

I purchased what i thought was object desktop with all these extras last night, and I cannot seem to get it to work.  It continually says connecting, please wait.  It does say I am logged on though.  I am very frustrated.  Also, I get an error that says this:

Sounds like a firewall and/or anti-virus software issue(possibly). I'm not support here but, based on other threads I've read for Impulse this sounds like it. What OS are you using? Are you linking through a separate company firewall?

You should send an email to [email protected]. You should get an auto response. Once you do, don't send another email because that will just send you to the back of the list.
