Activation Fails

Error Activating the product

The Sub title is the error I get, Below is the log information Object dock give me.

Here are the facts:
1. I have it installed on my Vista Desktop
2. Per the Licence agreement, I should be able to put it on my vista laptop also.
3. but the vista laptop activation fails.
4. The Vista Desktop is very happy and Object Dock is awsome on that computer!
5. I am using the correct Email address and Serial Number.

Please help me to activate this on my laptop.


P.S. Per the licence agreement I will probably put it on my 2 XP Computers also. (I am a Tech with multiple computers).

I also had the same response when I was installing, with no installation being successful. I contacted the Support group, and am waiting for the reply hopefully in a couple of days. Takashi in Japan.

I'm having the same problem with Deskscapes. Every time I try to activate the same error pops up and I've double checked the email every time. I've even tried doing the activation by email but I haven't gotten anything in repsonse so I don't know if Stardock even got the email. Has anyone else had this problem and gotten it fixed?
