Game will not activate

I purchased the game yesterday. I installed it today. When I try to play is ask me to activate. When I do I get a message saying the Product ID is not correct. I received an e-mail with the ID. I have entereded it manually and copy/paste. Still nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled 2 more times and the same thing occurred. Does anyone have any suggestions?
