I have followed the instructions carefully, and have gotten to the point where the Impulse says "Download Starting" but the Update Progress remains at 0 Bytes / 0 Bytes and will remain so until I shut down Impulse. In other words, while it seems like it should be downloading, it is in fact doing pretty much.... nothing
