Feature Request: Animated Windows like Vista

I just flirted with disaster, i.e. flirted with Vista. It was a painful waste of three nights trying to get it up and running on an older PC with sufficient RAM and a new video card. I'm back on XP now and things are humming smoothly.
The only thing I miss is Aero, but WindowBlinds 6.2 has solved most of that with a great UI that looks a lot like Vista Aero. The only thing missing is the animation that happens whenever you open a new window. The new window simultaneously fades in from transparency *and* grows from 80% size to 100% size.
Is there any way that effect could be achieved in WindowBlinds?
