MS Project 2007 window cannot be resized or minimized

Under WindowsBlinds 6.1 build 55, I've found that MS Project 2007 windows cannot be minimized or resized. They remain maximized. This can be replicated using the Adamant theme created by Stardock. When the WindowsXP theme is set, however, the MS Project window behaves normally, so the installation of WindowsBlinds alone does not seem to be enough to cause the problem.

If there are any log files or anything else I can provide, please let me know.
