[Bug] Watching Games: Speed multiplier and "Show All" buttons are gone

Title pretty much says it. I can't speed up the rate of the game when I wanted to watch a game. I also can't select show all.

They're not gone, they're completely covered up by the new black market UI. Disable that, and you'll see them.
