Stardock thinks I'm in Oman?!

Stardock.com and Impulse both seem to think I'm not in the United States. In fact, I'm living in Rochester New York. When I try to buy the Space Rangers 2 expansion from the Stardock website, it says it's not available in my country. When I try to buy it from Impulse, I can add it to my cart, but the price is in Omani currency. What the hell? I think the Stardock region identification system is broken.

I get similar in that sometimes I am IS for Iceland or IR for Iran rather than IE for Ireland, I just keep resetting it but somehow it gets changed, no real problem except when on IR I get denied purchase from the store until I reset. Hard to explain the origin of these especially for you getting changed from US to OM or is it ON.
I contacted support but they said I am down as Ireland for my country but that is not the case always and I am not the one that changes country to IS or IR.
