1. im trying to make the ultimate cap ship abilities gainable before lvl 6, can anyone tell me how to do that?

2. i cant find the vasari siege beam duration, trying to make it a quick hit siege weapon like the other vasari beam weapons

I think that's minExperienceLevelRequired in the ability file.
