Trans areas in open windows go black

Latest rc of WB and any folder with images inside the translucent parts of the inside of windows(not the frames),like the command bar,details pane,favorites and folders headers and other parts turn black when you open a folder with pictures in it.

Window and icon view settings makes no difference.

Opening a folder with just regular files and its all fine and see thru.Latest vid drivers(and same with older drivers) on Vista.(GeForce 8600)

I am not having the same problem on Vista. Assuming I am duplicating your actions IR.

I see a new release in the front page...lemme give that a try...Its been doing this from the very beginning on Vista...just didnt care.
